The time needed to find a property varies depending on factors like available rentals matching your criteria. We aim to find a suitable property as quickly as possible and actively seek opportunities.
We typically start the search about 35 days before your desired move-in date. If we find a suitable property, we will send it to you right away!
The fee is only charged when you submit an offer for a property we've shared with you, and the landlord accepts the offer. You are not charged just for receiving options.
